Unfortunately, all of Metro Kansas City is in the
 Environmental Protection Agency's Highest Radon Zones. Not many people, including most Real Estate Professionals, are aware of this issue.


Radon gas is a toxic gas that seeps into homes through the foundations. And it doesn't matter if your home is built on a basement, crawlspace or a slab, this deadly gas can seep in and it doesn't matter if it's brand new construction or a 50 year old home.


It's estimated that
 Radon Gas kills 24,000 Americans each and every year. As a matter of fact, Radon Gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer, only second to cigarette smoking.


The good news is that Radon Gas can be detected with a simple test and if the home you're purchasing has elevated levels of Radon Gas, it can be easily fixed.
 The key to the issue is Getting A Radon Test. Then you know if the problem exists and if so, to what degree.

Our Inspectors conduct two inspections a day, one at 9 am and the second one at 1 pm. This allows ample time for us to do the thorough, quality job you expect and get to our next appointment on time.


Because not every one can attend the inspection during the week, we also inspect on Saturdays and Sundays. Our weekend inspection schedule is limited, so please let us know as soon as possible that you need a Saturday inspection. We'll do our best to accommodate you!

Inspection will look for dings, dents, chips, scratches, corrosion, or poor repair.  Inspection will be limited in scope to employee exposure to crystalline silica, and plain view safety and health hazards.  Inspection may be conducted by Government personnel or others acting on behalf of the Government.  Inspection is limited to the items listed within the report pages.  Inspection will be performed by a licensed exterminator to determine whether there is any evidence of active infestation. 

Home inspection is an involved career.  Home inspection is fast growing career with many benefits and challenges.  Home inspections are not a prediction of future performance, but can pinpoint existing problem areas.  Inspections will continue on a random basis based on the accreditation standards.Home inspector will maintain truth in advertising, marketing, and promotion of services or qualifications.  Home inspector is mainly responsible for visually checking the electrical system while doing a home inspection.  Home inspector not only looks for defects such as seepage, leaks, and drips in the system.  Home inspector will comply with any inquiry or compliance requirement by a state home inspector regulatory body.  Home inspector will never fix any problems in a home.

Home inspector will look at the skylights, vents, chimney exterior and any additional object that departs from the roof.  Home inspector will look at the frame for rot.  Home inspector will not disclose the results of a home inspection to any other party without client approval.  Home inspector will not advise a client whether or not to buy a property after the home inspection.  Home inspector will always act in good faith when dealing with a client. 

Home inspection will be done in accordance with  Home Inspector License Act Standards of Practice .  Inspections are done in accordance with American Society of Home Inspection Standards.  Home inspector will not allow any interest to affect the quality of the results of a home inspection.  Inspection is the buyer’s time to really become familiar with the home under the guidance of the inspector.
